Right Here, Right Now
Right Here, Right Now
A quiet moment to begin the day in God’s presence.

There are mornings when the mind wakes up already moving — ideas forming, plans pulling, responsibilities waiting. Even good things can crowd the heart before the day has truly begun.
And yet, the Lord is not found in the rush.
He meets us in the quiet moment before the world gets loud.
In the pause.
In the breath.
In the stillness where we remember who He is.
Scripture reminds us that His mercies are new every morning. Not recycled. Not leftover. New.
That means today is not a continuation of yesterday’s worries.
It is a fresh place to stand.
A fresh place to listen.
A fresh place to trust.
You don’t have to figure everything out today.
You don’t have to carry everything at once.
You just have to stay close.
Before the work begins, before the lists start forming, take a moment to settle your heart and simply be present with Him. He is already here, already aware, already guiding.
Reflection:
Where do I feel pulled in many directions this morning? Can I release those thoughts, even for a moment, and sit in the quiet with God?
Prayer:
Lord, steady my heart this morning. Quiet the noise in my mind and help me remember that I don’t walk into this day alone. Order my steps, calm my thoughts, and let everything I do flow from time spent with You. Amen.
