Lent Day 32 — The Glory Remains
Scripture
“When Moses came down from Mount Sinai, with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand… Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because he had been talking with God."
— Exodus 34:29
Devotion
When Moses came down from the mountain, something had changed.
He did not feel it.
He did not announce it.
But others could see it.
The time he had spent in the presence of God left a mark on him—a quiet radiance that could not be hidden.
This is the work of God in us.
True transformation is not loud or self-declared. It is the steady result of being with Him. Over time, His presence shapes us, softens us, and reflects through us in ways we may not even realize.
We do not have to strive to shine.
We simply have to stay near.
🌿 Reflection
What would it look like to focus less on trying to change…
and more on simply being with God?
Where have you already been changed, even if you haven’t noticed it?
🌿 Prayer
Lord,
Let Your presence change me from the inside out.
Not for appearance, but for truth.
Shape my heart, my words, and my life so that I reflect You without striving.
Help me remain close to You, and trust that You are doing a work in me.
Amen.

Walk This Journey Together
If today’s reflection met you where you are, don’t let the quiet end here.
Each morning of Lent, a new step is waiting —
a gentle place to pause, listen, and draw near to God.
Return tomorrow for Day 33. We’ll continue the journey — one faithful step at a time.
There is a place for you here.
